摘要： 文章针对频发的矿难，分析提出员工素质是主要的影响因素，通过采用文献研究法、对比研究法和应用研究法等分析了目前我国煤矿企业员工素质偏低的原因，最后提出了如何打造煤矿企业高素质员工队伍的一些措施。

Abstract: This paper analyses one of main influencing factors is quality of the staff from the frequent mine disasters in China. By using literature researching method, comparative researching method and applicant researching method to analyze the current status of the staff quality in China, which is poor and propose some methods to solve these problems.
